Chucky's BBQ and Marinade sauce is a blend I created well over 15 years ago. It is an apple vinegar-pepper based sauce, very popular for decades along the coastal areas of SC as well as Eastern NC, but with Chucky's select spices.

Over the years, I have used my sauce to prepare many meals of BBQ, hams, chicken, steaks, pork-chops and burgers for groups of 10 to 500 people, and the only complaint I ever heard came when the food was gone.

Friends and family have urged me to make my sauce available to the marketplace for purchase, so here it is! I hope you'll try it and let me know what you think.
